Stampin Up! ~ Thank You Criss Cross cards

I finally tried my  hand at making a Criss Cross card! In fact, it was so easy and cute that I went ahead and made twelve of them :o) Two in each color of the Polka Dot Parade DSP. The colors are Daffodil Delight, Marina Mist, Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red and Rich Razzleberry. I used the Perfect Blend stamp set for my cup and stamped it in Baked Brown Sugar. I did some paper piecing with the DSP on the cups and used the Word Window punch to create the "stick". I also used the Artisan Label punch to create my "tab" on my pull out cards.

Stampin Up! ~ Thank You cards

So... my oldest son Maverick has Graduated High School!!!! So proud of him :o) With that being said he needed some Thank You cards for those little gifts arriving in the mail. This is what I came up with :o) I used the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set and the Lots of Thanks stamp set for these really simple cards. I also made a set for his girlfriend using the same sets along with the butterfly from an older set called A Greeting for All Reasons. The colors of ink I used are Perfect Plum, Real Red, Smoky Slate and Memento Tuxedo Black. I also have a how to video I will post at the bottom!

Here is the video showing how simple and quick these are :o)

Note Cards and Bag

Hi Everyone!

Happy Monday to you all! I am posting a little project I made about a week ago and forgot to post then :o) This is a little bag made out of cardstock and some 4 1/2 x 4 1/4 note cards to go inside. I used some pre-cut cards I had left over from making some bookmarks for Caleb's class last year so I am using them up :o) The Paper I used for these cards and the bag is from a Paper Studio pad called Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, super cute paper! I will have a video tutorial up soon to show how the bag is made :o) The stamp set I used is from Stampin Up called Flower Shop and the sentiments are from Lacey and Lovely and Itty Bitty Banners. You can find these in my store HERE.

Have a fantastic week! Hugs!

Thanks A Latte!

Hi Everyone!

Today is my day to post for the oh so fun Action Wobble Team! I just love these things, if you couldn't tell :o) This card went out to my mom, she loves it when I make her cards with wobbles and especially coffee themed :o)

Here is my card...

You can purchase these really fun action wobbles in a couple of different places. One is over at The Scrapbooking Queen's Royal Castle Shoppe and the other is over at the World of Wobble website. Now head on over and pick some up so you can also get your "wobble" on, hee hee :o)

Thanks

Well, Caleb had the opportunity come up to go to the circus with one of his neighbor friends on Saturday. He had a blast! Apparently it has changed a lot over the last 30 years since I have been :o) I'm glad he had such a good time though. So, we thought a Thank You card would be appropriate since he was invited to attend. I just so happen to have some circus themed paper from a pack I purchased at Target over the summer. Sometimes they get some really cool packs in for their $1 bins :o)

Here is our card...

And of course... in action!

Supplies Used

Cardstock- Recollections and Colorbok Textured
Pattern Paper- Circus theme from Target $1 bin
Cutout- Create a Critter
Google Eyes- Stash
Pentel Starburst White Gel Pen
Sentiment- Heidi Grace Thank You Set

This one I put loose glitter on her wings.

Danke!

Here is a Thank You card I whipped up this afternoon in between doing the icky chore of laundry, lol. This was created for my son Maverick's German teacher. This Friday is their last club meeting, :0( I can't believe it is over already. He has absolutely loved this class and this club. She is fantastic! I am going to get her a little something to go with the card also.

I used my Ashlyn's alphabet cricut cartridge for the Danke. This is why I really got this one :0) There is a lot of pretty images on here too. The paper I used is from a K&Co die cut mat pad called wild raspberry and the green behind it is from another mat pad of earth tones. The ribbon is a sheer pinkish salmon color I got from my Dollar Tree, love this ribbon!
The inside here is inspired by my friend Tracy! I've never tried inking the whole note card before but I like it, thanks Tracy! I just matted it on a solid texture cardstock from DCWV and used an EK success border punch all the way around.

Hope you have all had a wonderful day! Hugs!!!!

8 cards today, man I'm on a roll :0)

So...I have been trying to do the whole use up your old stuff before buying any new. Well, I haven't bought anything personally for at least 2 months except a pad of wedding paper, very needed! I have used gift cards on a few items but all in all I think I can do this :0) Anyway, back in December I posted a few pictures of the accordion albums I made for two of my boys teachers. Since I had paper left over I decided to make some cards out of it and, 8 cards later :0), here they are...

I hope every one is having a great week so far!  Hugs!!!!
