Stampin Up! ~ Thinking of You

Today I have a Thinking of You card I made. I just love this color combo! Pink Pirouette and Pear Pizzaz from the Subtles collection :o) All of the Subtles are my favorites! For this card I used my Sizzix embossing folder called Dots on the Pear Pizzaz cardstock. My stamped flowers are from a stamp set called Sweet Stems (it's an older SU set) which I colored with my Stampin Write markers to coordinate. My sentiment is from the Teeny Tint Wishes stamp set (currently available) and mounted using the Word Window and Modern Label Punches. I then topped it all off with some Basic Pearls :o)

The Mickey head is punched from a 1 inch and 5/8 inch circle punch and I added some feaux stitching with my white gel pen :o) To finish it iff I used the Modern Label punch and the Word Window punch from Stampin Up! for my sentiment :o)

Stampin Up! ~ Irish Mickey and Minnie

Hello Again!

Hey there! Today I have a super cute file folder pocket card I made to share with you. I love this card! Not only because I am part Irish but also because it's Disney related! Who doesn't love Mickey? And who knew you could create him and his lovely Minnie with circle punches!!!! That's right... I used a 1 inch and 5/8 inch circle punch to form Mickey and Minnie. Added some white feaux stitching and they look great. The stamp sets I used are Teeny Tiny Wishes and Ittie Bitties. The shamrock was cut out using my Cricut, the Paper Doll Dress Up Cartridge. Gumball Green is the color of paper, ink and ribbon. Topped off with a Basic Rhinestone and done!

Valentine Treat Bags

Hello!

Today I have some tiny Valentine Treat bags to share with you :o) These are holding just three Rolo's each inside. Yes... they are tiny! I learned ho to make these from a fellow Demonstrator in the UK. You can find her video tutorial HERE.She makes the cutest bags and boxes! I also have a tutorial that I will include at the end of this post for you :o) I used some old K&CO Valentine paper for the ones Caleb and I made for his class. We ended up making 30 of them and he helped out a lot, assembling bags and stapling. I used my Stampin Up! That's the Ticket stamp set and Ticket punch for the fronts. He will hand these out instead of a typical card this year :o) The second set I made is just the 4 in the photo. I used Stampin Up! Real Red Coredinations cardstock for the base and a piece of Valentine Paper from a Seasonal stack by Recollections. These 4 I am giving to the boys in their lunches... shhhh! I tied them closed with some plastic canvas cord. Inside they each have a Reeses heart candy and a small bite size candy bar :o) The stamp I used on the front of them is from a Studio G set from last year and so is the ink. You can find the Stampin Up! products I used HERE or in the sidebar ------------------------------------------------------------->

Here is the video tutorial...

Stampin Up! ~ Valentine Mailboxes

Happy 1st day of February!

I want to share a project I have been working on for my boys and my little man Chance. I have seen these before but never made them. I think I am addicted now! These are the cutest and easiest things to alter, not to mention they are only a dollar at Target :o) I had a friend send me a couple along with one she made a while back so it got me interested. Not really knowing how to go about covering and decorating, I started measuring and one thing led to another and these little mailboxes came to life :o) I still have one more to make, for my mama, so that one will be done in a video tutorial :o) I am hoping to get it done during the week. Here are the pics of the ones I have finished, let me know what you think!

The DSP I used  for these are from a collection called Sent with Love. Currently you can purchase this pack in the clearance section in my store HERE before it's all gone :o) I also used a stamp from the Petite Pairs stamp set in which I inked up with my Real Red Stampin Write marker. All of the hearts are self stick hearts made out of felt I had laying around and the tiny hearts are puffy stickers from EK Success.

Have a great weekend!
Hugs!
