4x4 Cardstock Mini Album

Supplies needed:

2 coordinating colors of thick cardstock, patterned paper, scoreboard, trimmer, bone folder (optional), adhesive, ribbon for closure and flat embellishments.

Cut 1st color choice of cardstock (this will be the base of your album) at 4in x 10 in and score (with the 10 in length horizontal) at 2 3/4, 3, 7 and 7 1/4, Fold on score lines to create base.

Cut 2nd color choice of cardstock (this will make your pages) into 3 strips that measure 3 3/4in x 8in and score (with 8in length horizontal) at 2 and 6. Do this to all 3 pieces. Then cut 3 squares that measure 3 3/4in x 3 3/4in for the cover pieces and the back.

Patterned paper:
2 square pieces at 3 1/2in x 3 1/2in (for the covers)
5 pieces at 3 3/4in x 3 1/2in (for large panel inside)
2 pieces at 2 1/2in x 3 3/4in (for inside cover flaps)
8 pieces at 1 3/4in x 3 1/2in (for gate flaps inside)

  1. How fun, off to check out your video.

  2. I love this little mini! How creative you are!

  3. I just stumbled upon you YT video and came here to learn about the measurements. It's such a cute little album. I'll make one as a birthday "card" for my friend/colleague - until now I had no idea what kind of card to make and I need it on Monday. You saved my weekend!
    Thank you so much.

  4. I love this album. I don't like pockets in my mini album and this tutorial was the answer to all my problems. Just finished making my first one and already planning the next one. Thank you so much!

  5. This mini album is perfect for a special event that you can put together in no time! The video was a bit blurry, so I am glad I could see it much better here. Thanks for sharing your talent.

  6. I just saw this today and will give it a try.
