Hello everyone! Hope you all are having a great weekend so far! Here are the Easter cards I made for my boys today. I think they will like them :0) I put some Studio G stickles on the bunny noses for a little extra bling without it being "girly". And yes, I used scraps again, yay! Well, except for the card bases :0) Enjoy!
Yay! I got these two awards once again :0) This time from Tina. Thank you so so much Tina.
So...here are 7 more facts about me
1. I love my cricut! And I too, like Tina, have to find the cheapest price for my cartridges :0)
2. My summer drink of choice is Lemonade
3. I am a procrastinator about 60% of the time, can't help it, I get bored easily too
4. My "junk" drawer is organized, who does that? :0)
5. I am still 15 at heart :0) Wish I had a time machine!
6. My favorite vacation place.........Disney World!......... One day...Graceland!
7. I am the only person in my house, out of 6 mind you, who doesn't own an I-Pod :0(
I am going to have to check over my blog peeps to see who I am passing this on to so I will get back to you on that.
Here are a few cards I have been working on the last couple of days. Since it is nearing the end of the school year I have been, and will be, really busy with the boys activities :0) Tomorrow is our annual walk-a-thon, so fun for all of the kids. Although I do think they like the end where they get popsicles best :0)
Anyway, on to my cards. This first one is a birthday card I made for my sister who adores Hello Kitty. Main reason for the cartridge :0) This is one of the cutouts I do a while back using my scrap pieces. I think it turned out adorable. I also added one of my crochet flowers for that extra dimension :0)
This next set is 4x4 in size. I learned how to make these flowers from Brigitte ( shoeprincess1 ) on YT. These are a little smaller since I didn't have the same size punch but they are really easy and turn out cute. Again, these were made using up some scrap pieces :0)
Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend, Happy Monday! As some of you may know, my scraproom was located in the basement. Well...I really don't like it down there so two of my wonderful boys, Thank you Ty and Caleb!!!!, decided to bunk in the same room (don't worry, it's a huge room :0) ) so I could have the small room upstairs. Jeremy even came home from work on Sunday with paint, yup...my pistachio ice-cream wall turned into four. I am so excited! I'll be even more excited when the new paint smell leaves, I get really bad migraines so I have to stay out until the smell is gone. Last night we got all of the furniture in except my big standing cabinet. That has to stay in the basement since it is anchored to the wall and my new room is kind of small. I love it though. I took some pictures even though I am not done. I don't have anything on the walls yet but I wanted to show you all anyway. Hope you all have an awesome week! Hugs!!!!
This is my work table. The bright light on the left is from the window :0)
This is my counter that Caleb works at, still putting things away. Have to hang my Making Memories wall shelf up still.
This is one of my cubes. I have them side by side in the closet now.
This is the other cube unit in the closet.
My Allie's little bed. Need to make her a Tinkerbell blanket to match room now :0)
So I was looking at my cut outs last night and I noticed I stamped the duck face on my penguin, lol. I know...discraceful huh? :0) Well, I fixed it! I took off the white piece and cut out another to place the correct stamp on. Here he is...much better! Have an awesome Friday all! Off to mom's today :0)
Hi everyone! Hope you all are well :0) I have been very busy using my scraps today! Here is another batch I have put together using create a critter. I did not do some of the accessories due to I'm not sure how these will be used so when the time comes to put them on some cards I will accessorize accordingly :0) I used my peachy keen critter stamps for the faces. Enjoy! Hugs!!!!
So...I have been trying to do the whole use up your old stuff before buying any new. Well, I haven't bought anything personally for at least 2 months except a pad of wedding paper, very needed! I have used gift cards on a few items but all in all I think I can do this :0) Anyway, back in December I posted a few pictures of the accordion albums I made for two of my boys teachers. Since I had paper left over I decided to make some cards out of it and, 8 cards later :0), here they are...
I hope every one is having a great week so far! Hugs!!!!
Hi everyone! I hope your Thursday has been a good one :0) My wonderful Mom has been working on a blinking button for my blog and I really love how it turned out. If anyone following me wants to grab it, please do! And if it doesn't seem to work correctly please let me know. I am very new to this part of blogging. Thank you all for following me! Hugs from both mom and I!!!!
Well...I got sick of being cold in the basement so I moved a bunch of supplies to our dining room table :0) This is my scrap area while working on this mini album called 'All about Me'. I think, so far, it is turning out great! Very time consuming though ;0)
So...I thought it would be fun to share my mess with you all. Don't worry, it will get worse, this is just from this morning :0) Hope you all are having a great Wednesday!
Hi all! I just want to thank you all for following my blog so far. I'm sorry I haven't posted anything lately. As most of you know I have 4 crazy boys that were all on Spring Break last week so...not much time to craft for me :0) This week I still have 2 but, with that said, I have gotten a little more craft time in. And hey...I got all of my images stamped and mailed out to my wonderful friend Tracy. You are awesome my friend!
So...I hope you all are having Happy Scrappy Days and I hope to post some projects here soon. Thanks for stopping by!
I am a stay at home mom of four boys born 1995, 1997, 2000 and 2004. I started scrapbooking in 1997 and have recently found new inspiration on youtube. Amazingly talented women! Here is my place to show my creations and inspired crafts. I love Tinkerbell because she is not a princess and has a bit of an attitude!
